The décor, rich with traditional Moroccan elements, added so much character. Breakfast offered a nice variety—freshly made pancakes and displayed fruits were enjoyable. The staff generally provided good service, with a few standout team members like Rachid showing exceptional attentiveness. I did encounter some issues. The dining options were limited, and while some meals were good, I found that the lunch menu lacked variety and quality. It would have been fantastic to see a more diverse selection of Moroccan dishes. Accessibility posed a challenge too. being a bit remote meant I relied heavily on the hotel’s shuttle service to get to and from Marrakech, which didn't run as frequently as I would have liked. Still, for a serene getaway close to the bustling city, this place offers a unique charm.

The only thing I'd say is that the place could use a tad more love in the property maintenance. the first impression isn't the greatest. Accessing public transport can be a bit tricky, but taxis did the trick for us. Once checked in, though, everything shines!
